Gareth is the Head of People at IMMO. He is responsible for the people lifecycle, comprising Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Partnering, and People Operations. His primary objective is to ensure that we have an equitable and safe place for our diverse team. Previously, Gareth has been an integral leader for businesses like Soho House Group & UKTV as well as having founded Amber People HR consultancy which specialises in scaling series A to E start-ups globally.
